Military Base Installation Guides

MARCOA proudly serves over 75% of domestic U.S. military installations as one of the largest and longest established publishers of military base installation guides, telephone directories, and maps. We have been under the same continuous leadership since our founding in 1966, and this continuity has forged a strong bond with all the military services over more than four decades. Many of our employees are former active duty military, and our national sales force includes many former military personnel. Our reputation for integrity and the highest ethical standards is well known throughout the entire United States Military community.

Our publications are distributed by commands to all incoming personnel six to eight weeks prior to their arrival. This gives them the opportunity to acquaint themselves and their families with the installation facilities, services, schools, housing, and available recreation including the hours of operation and appropriate telephone numbers. Guides include a section on surrounding areas that contains employment information for spouses and other pertinent information to help make the transition less stressful.

We provide a central location containing all of our military base guides at The site encompasses approximately 100 installations and reaches over 100,000 unique visitors every month.

MARCOA is the most experienced third-party publisher in the nation, meaning there are three separate parties involved with each publication:
1. The military installation as the "sponsor".
2. The advertiser.
3. The publisher (MARCOA) who is accountable under contract to both the sponsor and the advertiser. We take all the risks at no cost to the sponsor.

MARCOA is a publisher that takes great pride in our reputation among not only the military customer, but the advertisers and sponsors who support the installation as well.

MARCOA publishes installation or "base/post" maps for most military commands across the country. The publications are distributed throughout the year at the entrance gates and through many other official channels. These maps have a wide distribution and are highly valued by anyone unfamiliar with the installation and its streets, buildings, golf courses, parks, etc. The reverse side of the map generally has a detailed local city and/or area map which includes all major streets and arteries. Check out our Area Maps section for more information.

"We find the base guides invaluable for working in the field with our sales representatives that are located near the many military bases across the USA.

The level of detail for on base locations as well as nearby restaurants and hotels is excellent!

Marcoa Publishing produces a high quality, convenient, information tool for us to use in our business travel – making it much easier to navigate each base and surrounding area.

This extreme professionalism is why I am sure Marcoa is the leader in their industry – thanks to you all for helping to make our (business) field trips more productive!"
